Are there any moments you've noticed in the show, be it a look, a gesture, or any bit of physical acting, doesn't even have to be funny, just any kind of small little detail that when you saw it you just though "Wow nice touch."

I'll start with one mentioned in the commentary for RTEW. One of the commentators, (don't remember who) was real impressed by a little move Leela made with a salt shaker during the cafe scene right before Fry came in to announce he had killed his grandfather.

And a moment i particularly liked in Devil's Hands happened when Fry was singing one of his verses "Destiny has cheated me..etc." Leela was looking at and struggling with the robot devil right until Fry sang "The woman that i idolize" and Leela's head whips around and she looks kinda surprised. I love that moment i think it's so cute.

In tonight's episode, I believe it was called The Cyber House Rules, Bender's eye movements when he 'flushes himself' make the whole joke work.. Turned it from a simple potty joke into something that made me giggle big time. Elzar's hand motions in Bender Gets Made are pretty amazing too.

Whenever someone is making a speech and Fry decides its a good time to just scratch his arse.

When time skips to Zoidbergs birthday in TKOS, the fact that there was just a cupcake there was a great touch. It was better than having nothing at all on the table, and better still than having a proper cake. Plus, it made the scene absolutely hilarious!

Thats what I choose too... And that's the strongest reason I wish the show hadn't ended there 

I was just thinking about moments like this but didn't think it would make a good thread, because I thought I was the only one that really noticed and loved them. Glad I'm wrong.

Anyway, a moment I really like is in 30% Iron Chef, when everyone is trying to escape from eating Bender's horrible food, Bender blocks the way and says "Fleeing somewhere?" Well, the moment and "nice touch" I like in this scene is just Fry's posture and cough. "Cough...with you blocking the only exit...? Don't be silly!" I noticed how well done that was the first time I saw it, little things like that really mean a lot to me as far as animated shows go. Shows the animators, writers, and whatnot, really care about what they're doing and making the characters looks realistic.

Another one of those scenes I like is in "When Aliens Attack", when Leela says something along the lines of "Can't anyone forget that I slept with Zapp Brannigan that one time?" and Bender says "Evidently not." Just his whole posture and leg crossing is killer.

Any time Billy West goes out of his way to make Fry's screams or gasps especially funny, like when he sees Roberto for the first time in the courtroom, or when he sees the floating brains behind Leela in The Day the Earth Stood Stupid.

And lastly, I really like the professor's leg crossing and arm waving at the end of the Day the Earth Stood Stupid, when Nibbler is explaining that no one remembered what happened except Fry, and no one believed him anyway.

In War is the H word, when Fry sings the chorus of Walking On Sunshine while brushing kif, and then hums the rest.. Really added a nice touch.

And In love and Rocket, when they deliver the candy hearts to the omicronians, Fry scratches his butt. Great stuff.

There are a ton of great little subtle motions and looks in Parasites Lost too.

Another 'salt shaker' type moment was in 'Insane' , at the start with Zoibergs long service award scene. Leela's playing with her finger on the table.

Another moment i enjoy a lot is the moment in The Sting, the one my avatar is taken from were Fry is hugging Leela, and he rubs her back a little bit. Just that little show of comfort he gives her coupled with the absolutely adorably heartbreaking look on his face that just kills me. He just looks so relieved, the animators really did an outstanding job. It's that little moment right there that pretty much inspired my entire fanfic ( 76 pages and counting ).

I like the way Bender is sitting in the old car in "A Lesser of Two Evils". I love the pensive, slightly nervousness of his pose, It's too funny.

Venus, I can't believe I forgot that part in the Sting! The back rub was subtle and a great touch.

In Teenage Mutant Leela Hurdles, when young Bender says to Farnsworth "You stink!", and Farnsworth waves his hand; "Yes yes. Anyhow...". The little hand wave makes it so good.

In "Insane in the Mainframe" when Leela kisses Fry to "remind him of his humanity" the expressions afterward on Fry and Leela's faces is just so cute.

Any time an ass is shown for no reason.

The "Oh my various gods!" line in HHRHGB. Even funnier for being so subtle.

EDIT- Since I've just seen it, probably the best part of this episode is Bender's explanation of what happened with the Professor in the park. Instead of a making a straightforward joke Bender has a nonsensical rant which is obviously a cover-up for him nicking and old woman's purse. I don't know why, but I think that is one of the funniest and most well-done scenes in the episode.

In The Series Has Landed, when the Professer says "You'll be fine" as he leaves Fry alone with Zoidberg and he looks back with a worried look on his face.

Any time the Professor laughs insanely. My favorite is in HHRHGB, after "Oh, I've been there! Lot's of times!"

i was rewatching The Sting last night and i noticed when Fry puts his jacket on Leela during the sleigh ride he rubs her arms briefly. I hadn't really noticed it before cause it's pretty quick, but it's absolutely adorable.

Bender's eyes in The 30% Iron Chef when Helmut Spargle is telling him about Elzar. Brilliant!

  

I definetely think it was a nice touch by FOX to release the DVD's in region 2 first.
