A memory pops up. It was before the great off-topic crash, so the post can not be found anymore. It was an offtopic about captions of some sort, something where you write an imaginary personal ad. My post went something like this: You wanna piece of me? Call 1-800-LEPER To which Sarge replied: Every once in a while, something on the Internet actually makes me laugh out loud And that, ladies and gentlemen, was one of my most cherished posts. I made a Futurama staff member laugh. I made Sarge Morton laugh. What an honour. ___________________________ Now I'm going over to ImDB to register, to tell them this sad news. ___________________________ So suspiciously close to April fool's, I already asked a mod to confirm that Bell's and Sarge's profile, e-mail address or I.P. didn't match. Tweek checked and they are not specifically the same. I also asked Slimmy to check, but he didn't want to. (Maybe the mods are conspiring with Sarge who is still alive?) Or, Sarge could have registered from another computer in order to fake his own death on an Internet message board?

Damn. Mr. Morton used to hang around the No Homers Club board too. Very sad thing. At least his legacy will be carried on through his Futurama/Simpsons work.

He was a character layout artist during the 4ACV production. You can spot his name in several credits. Remember all those robots on the Galapagos Islands in "Crimes Of The Hot"? Sarge did those. Edit: Sarge's first post on PEEL. He explain a bit more about his job on the show, and some of the figures/scenes he did (all in general terms).
