I like the fact that there's a Starbucks in the sewers. A nice little comment about globalisation right there.  ;)

"Gender-free Pac-Person" is my favourite. Mostly because of the nostalgia attached to it. And it's just so politically correct it makes you barf out loud.

Probably the first 100 voters get extra vote, or all the options on Moms robot remote. (Give gifts, Rebel, Serve Man (regular), Seve man (Ironic))

Not really a background joke, but something that isn't obvious when you watch the show. I love that the robot cop's name is spelled URL. The character was always funny, but when they mentioned that in the commentary, it made him ten times funnier. I laughed a lot. And then bought the action figure.

In TDTESS, after the brains are beaten, Hermes is showing the crew a graph that says "Employee Sleep During Meetings", with a line going up, and the crew is sleeping.

My favourite background joke is probably the Loews aleph-null-plex in... Raging Bender, I think.

Yeah, I only noticed this the 2nd time I watched it, with my friend. I think she was wondering why I was laughing so hard at a BG joke.

I found the SONYA Speaker to be rather humorus.  The man-eathing Alien president monument, on a throne of human skulls was rather low-key.

I loved it when the professor stepped on  Nibbler at the very beginning of one ep. Can't remember which one though...
Also, I love the look on the prof´s.  face when Fry says "If I'd done it you can bet there would have been more topless women on motorcycles..." in ACOMO
