Not too shabby effort.  I enjoyed it.  Plenty of laughs, and Bender as a dad was hilarious.  Not to mention the renamed orphanarium, Juliet would love it.

ok yea.  that was good.
good: everything (see complaints)

complaints: the doctor guy (yea ok i dont know his name) was too similar to Alzar.  Perfect guy, uh huh, happily ever after... oh wait there is still 15 minutes left... hmm i wonder how they will fill that time!
other complaint- bender's quote from the movie.  too stupid and non funny.  so they said New New england instead of New England! woooooo how original.

Terriffic eppy... Bender was less of a catch-phrase emitter and more of a character, Zoidberg's ink was hilarious, orphan exploitation jokes are always great...

i missed the first 5 minutes!! so did my tape!!! AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

oh well, i thought it was a good episode.  just average. it wasn't the best, but made me laugh, as usual.  you can't have a shining classic every week.

I felt it was a very good Futurama episode.  It had both a strong theme and lots of humor, Bender as a dad was great, Leela looking goood with 2 eyes, Zoidberg's ink!  Its episodes like this that remind me why Futurama is my favorite show.  And finally I got a movie parody this year!!!

You missed the nude amy hologram which isnt even visible on the downloadable version ???

you are one poor guy ...

anyway:
im undecided with the episode.
the two plots were nice but it was kind of raw ...
zoidberg was fun, but the ink joke was repeated too often.
Amy was cute although she had that surgery. (velour: cuteness comes from within, you cant just remove it with a cutting knife unless you the whole way  ;) ).

but as always, i dont appriciate eps till i have seen them twice and this one gets a second chance later on  :)

One thing I'm not sure about is how much I liked Fry as a background figure.  It seems like the first ep where he is completely a background character.  He doesn't do much except bitch about Leela getting two eyes (for which I applaud him) and serve as a mother figure, sorta, to the kids.  Although I do think it revealed more of his character, which I liked.

You and me both, my friend. Actually I probably missed less than five minutes, I'm thinking maybe two or three(I turned it on and pounded the record button just as the directing credit came up). But still, it pissed me off. I hope this episode is downloadable soon.

Good points: Pretty much everything...most of the jokes were hilarious("Please abandon coats in the lobby"), I can only think of a few that didn't make me laugh.

The subplot with Bender adopting the kids was brilliant. I love how cruel it was, with Bender trying to sell them to the chinese restraunt, and how he'd tell them how much he hates them. Yet in typical Futurama style, the cruelness is done in an amazingly lighthearted manner, so that a subject as sensitive as mistreating children is offensive to only the most hard-assed of hard-asses.

Bad points: It was interesting to see Leela with two eyes, but the plot was really predictable. Then again, I can't think of a way to make it less predictable without making it too outlandish, so maybe it's unfair of me to criticize.

I'm stealing this from Velour, but the Cider House parody scene was a total misfire. It wasn't funny, and it was so uncreative(there was no spin on it at all, it was pretty much the exact quote from the movie). Thanks in part to the scifi theme, Futurama can be the most creative show on tv, so it disappoints me when they do something as uncreative as this.

Oh well...for the most part, it was extremely funny. I give this episode a huge thumbs up(but that's mostly just fluid collecting).

yea that's a "hint".
we are talking about quotes from the episode and other things about it.  so your "me wanna go home" was completely inappropriate.  have you seen the episode?  if not go watch it and then come back and talk about it

And I would love to see the episode, but I'm still searching. (No download discussion, I know...)

Ok where do I start…?

I saw the episode last night and I thought it was great. And you guys are right, I love that episode too. Leela looks cool with two eyes, I guess everybody like Leela with one eye better, but I still think she looks cool with two eyes too.

Adlai is dreamy, but very selfish at the end and Leela did the right thing at the end. Fry used his brains well in this episode, he really likes Leela and didn't want her to change the way she looks, all leela was thinking about is herself, in some episodes Fry listened to leela but on this she didn't listen to Fry and go ahead with the surgery. I guess she learns her lesson, at least someone cares about her.

Bender as dad was so funny and those kids are so cute. Did you see Nina? She is a versoin of me when I was 5! Wow I like the girl with the third ear, she so adorable, Bender has great lines in this ep: "Let's dump these kids in the ally and have some fun" "Remember the folks go to the right pocket and the spoons go to the left" Elzar: who ask for chicken? Kid: me. Bender: ah what do you say before you have the food? Kid: it's about time. Bender: That's my boy,

Bender reading them a bedtime story was funny too. Why dose Bender want to get rid of the kids? He was cool as a dad. And when Fry and the kids in prison with Bender? They didn't do nothing wrong, it was Bender they should see to.

It was cute were they name the Orphanarium
after Bender awww and those kids really love Bender. I hope we get to see the kids again in future episodes.
