Yes, they are. Especially Zoidberg and Hermes are worse. The only acceptable voice is the one of Farnsworth.

Yup, Farnsworth's German voice is okay, I like it. In fact it's more than okay, I think it's quite good.
Bender sounds as if he just escaped Sesame Street, Hermes has a regular voice and there is nothing special about him, the Robot-Policemen sound like my neighbours and they all have one in common:

T1 is basically high speed telecommunications. Used mostly in offices for networks. A bit pricey for home use.
Here's how it works
My cable at home is faster than the T1 at work, generally because there are so many dang users at work who never quit their broswer even when not using it. Too many users at once slows it down.
