Registration disabled

I had to disable the registration of new user accounts for the moment since PEEL and CGEF seem to be targets of a sudden spam-bot influx. CGEF has its coimc and episode review plus its comment section back in business after I added a captcha to those. I'll probably do the same with PEEL, but it's a bit more complicated. Might take a day or two.

For spambots attaking? None really, they just do. Especially since both CGEF and PEEL is on top of the Google list (or most other Search Engines for that matter). They just seek busy servers and put their sex and medication ads up there.

User registration has been reenabled (with an additional check that should keep the bots at bay).
