The Futurama Font

I'm trying to put in the Futurama logo font on my computer, but I don't know how. Help.

what exactly are you trying to do?

if you have downloaded the font from TLZ (or somewhere else) and dont know how to make it a font than this is how. (if your using MSXP)

open- 'my computer'
open- 'local disc C:'
open- 'WINDOWS' - (folder)
open- 'Fonts'

then select 'file' - (at the top of the window)

'install new font' - from the dropdown list

then locate the file, were you saved the font that you downloaded

then select ok once the font you downloaded appears in the window (above the list)

open a program to test the font!

I'm trying to download a font onto my computer. I don't know how.

if you are using Windows XP

go to this link  http://www.leelazone.com.ar/fonts/index.shtml

click on the font that you want (i assume its 'Title Font')

click 'save' when the new window appears

when the second new windo appears select 'Local Disc ( C: )' from the drop down list

create a new folder and call it 'Futurama'

chose to save it in the newly createdfolder called 'Futurama'

i think thats it, anthing else confusing you?

Well it's not getting it on there it's installing it.

Control Panel->Fonts. Drag the downloaded file in there. It's the same as doing Sal's method though.

Note, i downloaded a Futurama font off somewhere, but it wasn't called "Futurama..." in the fonts list.

It was probably Ambient -- I believe that font was the base for the Futurama font, or an early attempt to duplicate it, dunno which.

Just get Font Xplorer Lite, make a fonts folder, then upload and install them.  Has worked for me for like 60, 70-some fonts.

I did it! Actually I did it a couple of days ago and haven't checked back here. But thank you Sal.

The Futurama Point is a great place to not not download them.
