This is mostly aimed at the webmasters among us.
As you might have noticed, I made some effort to have the chatroom some more promoted and added the "who is in there" thing to peel's main page. It's not perfect at the moment as the bot which updates this every 5 minutes has some problems lately due to a bad connection, but mostly it should work.

so, how does this involve you ?
simple: you can now add it to your page too, if you want to. one simple line will write the names space seperated wherever you insert it in your page (using javascript).
here it is (replace round brackets for the HTML '>' and '<' ):
Code: [Select]
(SCRIPT language="JavaScript" src="http://www.peelified.com/ubb/futuramachat/ChatUsers.js" )(/SCRIPT)
you can format the string of names by just putting font tags or so around the line. keep in mind that names can be up to 30 characters long. while working the file is updated every 10 minutes. if not working it will say "channel watch not active".

WE have a chat???     This is the first I've heard of it. Maybe the problem is I don't pay enough attention. Do I have to do anything special to join?

well, it's not peels chatroom, but a joined thing by many pages. look at the bottom for a link.

Regarding the above: forget it for now, the bot is just not stable enough right now (connection troubles). I will post again if it gets better...

ok, looks like the bot is more stable again. the ISP its on seems to have changed the routing and i didnt have major troubles since then. who ever wants to promote the channel, get that code included somewhere on your page  ;)
