A question about the CGEF DVD contest...

*I wasn't sure where to put this, but this seemed the most likely spot*

The DVD contest rules say it's only open to US residents because the discs are Reigon 1 and they can only have them sent there.  I'm in Canada, so I'm in Region 1  Am I eligable as well, or do you have some sort of deal with a shipping company that specifies they can only sent the pirzes to the US?  I don't want to enter if it's just going to waste everyone's time.

CGEF doesn't mail the prizes as such, FOX Home Entertainment (not to be confused with the FOX Network, they're seperate entities) does. CGEF, as one of the biggest Futurama sites around, merely arrange the contest and then pass the winner-names on to FOX HE. Since FOX HE is an Amrican company, they "Americans Only" clause was probably their idea. mArc said he would check if Canadians were eligible, wait and see what answer he gets.

No cheating by asking others 

We just need the street to make sure peopel don't enter twice (or enter their dogs/sisters/moms).

mArc, do you know when you will find out about us Canucks? I want to answer before I forget the answers. I just don't trust my brain

The answers will be shown after the contest ends and I hope to hear about Canadians within a day or two. My contact for the contest was unreachable during the last days due to domain changes on their part.
