I just want to know if there is an english text-book (with written text of all episodes) somewhere on the net so that the poor german people can read the text when they see their badly translated episodes on vox...

Try the episode capsules at www.frcr.com.  Unfortunately, they only go up to episode 15 ("Brannigan Begin Again"). After that, I can't help.
