I cant think of anything specific to be honest. However 1 idea is that although your design is nice at the moment I would visit the site often if the layout was changed regularly, like TLZ's.

So that means if a design isn't changed regularly (i.e. CGEF, LiC, SSF come to mind) then you don't visit them, good job I make subtle changes every so often, otherwise websites would have to close based on that statement.

Thanks To Daniela for the new block.
FSAC is not just about my art, it's for the fans, any art or fictions will be gratefully received.  I'm not going to go on forever, so if I stop, then without support the site would stop, wish will be a great shame, since it seems to have some popularity

hehe, "Ask Dr. Zoidberg" sounds good, might use that  big grin *jots it down*

Design wise, i don't think we want to change it as much as TLZ does, we already look like TLZ, we don't want to become TLZ!  wink

Video clips.. yeah, never enough of those.. we need more dagnabit!

No I visit them but for other qualities. I was just saying I regularly visit TLZ because not only are there regular updates of good material etc but they change theyre layout regularly too which also attracts me to their site.

You cant have a go at me for that statement because you either didnt read it properly or misinterpreted it.

Isn't there an abandoned site called Ask Dr. Zoidberg? Of course there is, I just linked it. Key Word: ABANDONED. Have at it, I say.

Mitsui--I loved your last avatar. This one...disturbs me...

-----------------

Fry (Anthony Hopkins "Hannibal" voice): Hello, Leela. I just thought I'd let you know...I'm having a friend for dinner. (slurping sound)

Zoidberg: Hooray! I'm having dinner with friends!!

------------------

Speaking of abandoned sites: On a long-term front I'd just like to see each person with their own little Futurama site setting up agreements with everyone else. In light of the FOX situation, I fear sites with good content will gradually die off--sometimes without word or warning--and said content be lost. If Person A decides to throw in, it would be great if Person B was prepared to adopt the content...

I still think you should reorganize Say Argh. Face it, the news are pointless for the site as there is no news. There was one entry in the last 10 days which said "no more entries". Make your site compacter and skip the "main page with 10 news entries and menu" thing. Have a compact, wholesome main site with maybe one single news entry and maybe 2 "headline only" links to the last 2 news (being content additions anyway).
That's not only targeted at Say Argh. I think a lot of pages with a narrow theme could do a lot better if organized sort of like BBF by reed once was. If you have no news, don't make a design that is centered around having news.

Thanks for the compliments (I think) of my avatar BrainSluggo  big grin.

I think the fun stuff Say Argh has done was good. I suggest more stuff like this - but try not to offend people.

I knew [-mArc-] would have a dig about us not having much news on the site, heh, I don't really like your suggestion though [-mArc-], whats the point in that?

and news is not the only thing on the site you know, you want us to reorganise the site so its not based on news? since when was it based on news?! what the heck do you call all that crap on the navbar?    smile

Go tell BBC to reorganise themselves, with less news, not us!

And the design is not centered around news, actually, if you'd cared to notice how it works with all the pages, not just the news.
(also Leandro bloody made it not me!)

Anyway, There will be a news update very shortly by me. (well not that short, definatly tomorrow)

how cute, ruby singed up just to say that?    wink

Anyway scotty, you don't have to listen to me, but if you ask "Say Argh! Suggestions?", you might expect someone to have ... suggestions.
What I mean with centered around news is that people come to your page and the first thing they see is a long list of old news, think the site is dead, leave. Have a look at your logs and see for single page visits. Anyway, your choice, why do you think I even tell you?
