Has anyone ever tried those Futurama VCDs? Are they like the DVD? Or completley different... in a bad way? They're at this link: www.videocds.com/cartoon/futurama1-3.htm

VCD's quality is a lot worse... they're 352x288 and DVDs are 720x576 (at least PAL). VCD video bitrate is 1.150.000 bits/sec and DVD video bitrate is 9.800.000 bits/sec (I think). So DVDs are really worth.

Compare VCD with an old, worn VHS tape... And DVD with the original broadcast quality. And then the extra stuff... Audio commentary by Matt & friends, deleted scenes, different languages (Futurama in italian? That will be... a new experience)
