More animatics would have been good also an extended featurette

My first thought: definitely a featurette with a focus on the voice actors. I would love to actually see them recording (or just doing) all of the voices and hear their throughts on the show (besides what already in the commentaries, of course). I never tire of seeing voice actors perform (because it is a very seldom-shown thing... ).
Another feature that I would like would be a featurette that follows a single episode from initial concept through to airing, I've heard much about the process and all the different steps, but it would be cool to see it on a featurette, perhaps hosted by DXC. I think this would be hard to do with a cancelled show, but this is a dream list, right?
One thing that I would like to see (but would be incredibly surprised if any animated show ever did this) would be a complete coverage on every episode. Scripts (both viewable on-screen, and in .pdf format), storyboards (same), animatics, cut scenes and cut audio/bloopers (audio bloopers would be cool enough alone), and, of course, the final episode. Very unlikely, I think, but it would be incredible.
As for other random-ish features... advertisements (TV and otherwise) for the show, magazine covers, things like that. Basically everything official created for the show (with the exception of specific merchindise, of course), should be availible on the DVD. As complete as possible. And it should come with a hat. And a tour of the studios while they make new episodes. And a guest appearance in a background scene of said episodes with a signed certificate stating that it is you. And a small European country. And... it should be free. (sorry, got carried away...)

A tribute to the show, a montage of clips from every episode, and some closing words from the shows makers. Not just on a commentary, but on a filmed documentary. Also a gallery of every piece of mechandise ever made...

More behind-the-scenes featurettes, from both Rough Draft and Curiosity Company.
Cast interviews, staff interviews, the story behind the various characters, more table readings (preferably with visual (I know it's impossible with the show beaing daeth and all, but a man can dream)), animatics, production sketches.
And tell us what Nibbler meant with "She must be the other". The shippers are going crazy! Please, wont somebody think of the shippers!

I know that your wishlist was already mailed, but we can still post our dream-feautures, correct? I say that some audition reels would be cool. And maybe not just the final cast's auditions, like Billy and Katey, either. "The voices that could've been, but weren't." I just like that sort of thing.

Naked pictures, naked pictures, and/or naked pictures. Uhmm.. But for serious.. A trivia game would be cool, but unfortunately so many DVD trivia/tabletop games are so.. thrown together. If work is put into it, I'm happy with any extra feature.

Damnit! I knew I forgot something.
The demo-tape of Ken Keeler singing the song from "A Tale Of Two Santas" would've been great to have included. According to the ATOTS commentary it's apparently funnier than a Mel Brooks movie.

"Ken, how could you? I used to think you were cool!"
Well, I guess I just have to steal Ron Hugarts tape then.

More table reads, definatly, especially for the episodes where they mention great table reads in commentary, like Leela's Homeworld. I was all..."stop tempting us, dammit!"
And most agreed to see Katey Sagal do commentary, especially on her bigger eps (I really want her reactions to ABBF2)
