In college I saw a student there that had a shirt on with Homer Simpson on it a'la the 'Scarface' logo.  But only it was called "Crumbface".  Then I thought, why not a Futurama shirt like that with Bender?

It could either be called, "Bendface" or "Beerface".  Besides, Bender is more likely to be a gangster than Homer is.

I'm sure someone can make that image in photoshop and put it on a teeshirt. And yes, i'd love to see that

New Futurama shirts would be great, but I really dislike movie parody type shirts.  I think the shirts like the Simpsons one you described (which a lot of the Simpsons shirts are) are cheesy.  There's so much original stuff from the Futurama universe that playing on movies and TV shows for ideas isn't needed, IMO.

I hate words on T-shirts because people always read them out loud whenever they see you. However, something in AL1 would be awesome.

My favourite Futurama T-Shirt idea will always be the Bender "Death to Humans!' one... or maybe "Let's get drunk!".

I second "Death to Humans" I wouldn't mind people reading that, maybe they'd even get offended!  :)

I'm sure "Death to Humans" has already been done by the Futurama team.
I think its on one of the commantaries in which one of them talks about going to a supermarket or something with a t-shirt on which had "death to Humans" printed on it. Apparently some woman ( I think ) came up to him saying it wasn't very nice having taken the phrase a bit to seriously.

I'd still wear one though, bring it on!

Yep... I thought all knew this...? But anyways, I'm sure there was never a version cirulated amongst the masses...

Agreed with posters above.  I've never really liked the movie(and anything else) parody Simpsons shirts, as they are just too cheesy.  Some original shirts would be better.

That said, I'd probably buy just about any Futurama shirt if I found one.  Just for the novelty of finally, actually owning a Futurama shirt, I would have to.

i made a shirt, using Photoshop and iron-on tranfers, transfered onto a Hanes t-shirt.

it's pretty simple... there's the Futurama logo. underneath is a picture of Zoidberg (dressed as Jesus, from A Tale of Two Santas). underneath, it says "I Help Those Who Help Themselves" with the AL1 font. then, on the back, is one of the promotional pictures that has Leela in the middle, and Fry and Bender sort of falling in the backround (the one with the orange and yellow stripes). also, on the left sleeve is the Planet Express logo. on the right sleeve is a little image of Bender with the stolen watch (Cyber House Rules).

BUT... what i REAAAAALLY want to make as a t-shirt is something to do with "Honest Benders..." etc. that would be really cool

i can't say it's done with perfection, though. it was the first time i used iron-ons.. but i'll be making another one just like it in hopes that it'll turn out better.

my brothers gonna let me use his webcam so i'll get some pics posted soon.

PS Sorry about the EXTREMELY crummy quality of the pictures. my brother let me use his webcam, and obviously it doesn't work well. hopefully sometime soon ill get a new digital camera, and when i do (and if i remember) i'll update the pictures

Cool shirt!  Can you tell those of us who don't know what an iron-on is what it is?  And by those of us, I mean me.

i dont know what it's made of, i dont know how it works...

but basically, Iron Ons are special sheets of printer-paper that you print pictures onto, then iron the picture onto fabric... thus making your own t-shirt.

You should be able to buy some sheets wherever they sell computers and printer paper.
I got 15 for €10 somewhere, haven't used one yet!
So many options!

I've been wanting to make a T-shirt for a while.  Unfortunately, I don't have a DVD drive, so I can't make scree captures myself.  I've tried it on my parent's computer, but I haven't been successful yet.  The images look like they capture OK, but when I look at the saved files the only thing there is a black box.  It's really frustrating.  I'm sure it's something really simple I'm missing.

Bankrupt: do you just do his the PrtScr button? if so, you need to get a specific program. i know there's a program out, but for the life of me i can't remember what it's called right now. i'll ask my friend about it later.

Yeah, it's the print screen button that I was trying to use.  It captures OK, but the only thing saved is a black box.  So I need another program to save them, eh?

Sometimes DVD playing software can take screenshots of the DVDs, but my experiences have been hit and miss (with PowerDVD, I think). My guess would be that most DVDs are protected, and special software is required.

i'm waitin for a friend of mine to get online. normally i'd just ask him at school but since i moved... i'll have to see about it when he gets online later (which he will).

ok i didn't get a hold of my friend... however, i remembered the name of a program that i'm almost positive takes screen shots. it's called VirtualDub. google that, and i hope i'm right.

Do the iron on shirts hold up well in the washing machine?

I've seen a Homer shirt that's a copyright of THe Hulk. Homer is The Bulk, or something like that. You could have different characters copyrighting other things for examle:

Leela-Tomb Raider

P.S. KAH, I have some iron shirts with decals on them. They peal eventually.

with the Iron Ons, the directons say to iron very hard and press down really hard, etc, and they mean it. you really have to put some force in to it... even though it only says 30 seconds or however long, do it longer. ESPECIALLY around the edges. the shirt shirt i made; around the edges didn't turn out good, so i'm probably gonna give that one to a cousin or somethin and make another one just so it'll last longer.

I saw that online a while ago, and 2 days ago, I saw a kid at school wearing it.  It has a picture of a big, green, Homer, and it says The Ingestible Bulk.

I would like to see the Hippy Univerise on a T-shirtm with the "Right On Professor Freaksworth." I want to get a t-shirt printed up Romford, so i'll proberly do that one and one of Fry with my favourite all time quote, "I did do nasty in the pasty!"
