Amazon are doing a deal at the moment, something like 2 seasons for the price of 1.

Probably cost abit more then 1 season but its better then 2 seasons at full price like when they first came out!

Humm, that depends on the person. i prefer season 4 cuz u get to know about the history of the characters. However, i agree with blorks89 that season 3 is best value.

Yeah, go for season 3, for all the reasons already mentioned  :)!

Also, shouldn't this be in PE Stockroom?

Yes, this should be moved.
Anyhoo, season 4 is superior to the other boxsets. The episodes are stronger, as well as the extras

I agree with Nixorbo, but if you had to get one, it should be season 3. The most (and best) episodes. Roswell That Ends Well, Godfellas, Insane in the Mainframe, Luck of the Fryish, and Parasites Lost. How can you go wrong with that?

Get all of them.  But, while I don't actually have it yet (damn region one) I would say season three has the best episodes.  But get them all when you can.

I'm going to echo what most have said: plan on eventually getting them all. For now, if you can only afford one, go for three.  Even if two has your favourite episode, three has most of the best episodes Futurama has to offer, as well as the best special features, if I understand correctly. You will always be able to get the rest at a later date. Of course, it is all down to personal preference on the episodes, if you like more of them on two than on three, than go for it.

From what I've heard (since I'm Region 1), I'd say if you could only buy one, then buy Season 3. If you can buy two, buy Season 3 and 4. If you can only buy three, Seasons 2, 3, and 4. But what the hell, just buy the whole friggin' set!

Get all of them, but if you pick one, I'd go with season 2. I think by season 3 the show started to jump the shark and get all emotional and depressing. I liked it better when it was just raw, goofy humor.

I'm talking in the sense of the DVD itself. If we were talking about episode quality as a whole, I'd have to go in this order: 2, 1, 3, 4.

They all are great, but if I could choose one it would be S3. I don't have it (YET) but with 22 episodes plus the great commentaries... it's the most worth it.

Although S4 has the last episodes.
