I just had the idea of Futurama Cluedo, though I wouldn't be able to make it myself.

It would be the same story as Cluedo, but the Professor has been murdered in Planet Express instead of Mr Boddy in his mansion.

Sounds good. Some weapons you could have...

*Amazonian woman club
*Lazer gun, obviously
*Fry's cut-off arm
*Zoidberg claw
*Hermes' automatic stamper

I'm sure there's more but I've got a mental blank

Nice board-game set-up there. I like the different rooms. You could have that massive nut-cracker from WMIBACIL as a weapon too.

Bender needs a weapon too. Hmmmm... how about the shattered beer bottle he used on Fry at the end of Fear of a Bot Planet?

Depends on which kitchen you're talking about.
In 'I Second That Emotion' they are.
In 'The 30% Iron Chef' the Kitchen is clearly another room.

And the brings up the question of why PE has two kitchens.

You could use the weapons used in WMIBACIL.

Kryten: I haven't seen season 4, so I have no idea what you are talking about.

Thanks to everyone who made suggestions.

One more thing to think about: How to show that the corner rooms are connected?

---------------------------------------------
To any ScanArtists: I've uploaded sample and blank cards for suspects / weapons. If you can make cards for me it would greatly appreciated. ( http://www25.brinkster.com/futurama1/cluedo.html )

---------------------------------------------
To any Fan Artists: I've uploaded a board I made ( http://www25.brinkster.com/futurama1/cluedo.html ). If anyone is interested to make the rooms I metioned in the 1st post, it would be really useful. (I've uploaded a board I found on another website to show you how I want the rooms to look - bird's eye view)

What's the point?  We all know it was Leela.

Also, why do all you people from not-America call it "Cluedo"?  It's Clue, dammit.  What the hell's a cluedo, anyway?

Since the name "Clue" makes a lot more sense, but it is called "Cluedo" over here, I'd bet that the game was created in Britain, then when the Americans got it they changed the name so it actually made sense.

So in that case, the name *is* Cluedo, it's you lot across the pond that keep getting it wrong.

The game was indeed created in Britain, and "Cluedo" was the original name.  It's a play on the name of the game Ludo, which Americans probably know better as Parcheesi.  Because of the difference between those names, Americans wouldn't understand what "Cluedo" meant, so the name was changed to "Clue."

Because "ludo" means play.. Homo ludens means "the playing ape/human"

The Fry card looks good, the playing piece could use some work though.

On a related subject, has any one seen the Alfred Hitchcock Cluedo at Universal Studios Florida? The weapons seemed to be a book, a bird, a necktie, dynamite and a knife.
I have always thought that if they made another film of Cluedo Based on the actual game then they would have to be very stupid not to notice what killed person (esp. if they used Dynamite.)
