Well i dunno about that. I'm pretty sure that they dont sell the dvds individually. I'd say your boned. Although you could try Ebay.

And welcome to peel. Also this thread will probably be moved. But welcome anyway.

It's a long shot, but you could try getting in touch with Fox Video (somehow) and see if they'll sell you a replacement.

Our local video stores hire them out individually....maybe you could try your local one and see if they'll sell it to you, or order another....?

Also how could your friend lose a Futurama dvd....?
Tell him I hate him.... :D

I know sometimes on ebay people sell these things individually. Personally, I'd try biding your time on there...

Here's something to remember. You paied for the Personal private rights to the show. The tranfer medium happenes to be a DVD disk. FOX Should replace damaged or lost disks for much lower then the cost of the set since you did purchace the rights. That's  why you get those Proof of purchase tabs in DVD's. Get in touch with FOX and they should help you. Or they're bastards.

You could ask me to rip mine and then burn it onto a DVD. Come on, ask me.

I wonder what I dislike more about you:

Your over confident "I-know-everything-and-you-don't"-attitude

or

That snobby way you write your posts thus showing us what a bad attitude you have.

Of Course it's illegal and Of course I wasn't going to do it.

Of course i've got a bad attitude, i've got exams to do straight after the X-Mas holidays and i've got to waste my Christmas revising for [some] of them.

Sorry if i acted all "snooby"  :(

Fox Television and Fox Video are differant companies. Same owner of course, but one is a network and one is a video producer. If Fox video had the choice they would probably keep Futurama because the more seasons = the more DVD sets which = more $$$.

Where do you live revman? Because here in Melbourne, Australia I've seen individual Futurama discs on sale in some music/video stores.
