Has anyone here in the US imported/ordered Season 4 from amazon.co.uk? I'm going to and I want to know how it works. Here are some question I want to ask:

- How long did it take for it to arrive when they shipped it?

- What was the final price after you completed the order?

This is an important one:
- Do they accept USD? (I'm going to use a Credit Card)
