Is unofficial merchandise illegal? I saw some pens and keyrings on a market today.

I think it depends on wether any money is paid for the rights of it's use.

You can't be arrested or sued for having it. The people that made it without paying royalties can be sued.

did u really want it anyway? most unlisenced merchandise is of bad quality and looks like crap considering the alturnatives (i just got my slurm can today)

edit: sorry, to answer your question, yes it is(if you sell it for profit)

it looked OK. but nowhere near a good as official stuff could look if someone could be bothered to make it. where did you get the slurm can, do they deliver to the uk?

i got my can from emerchendise.com and im sure they deliver to the uk (there based in the US and i got it shipped to australia) but be warned, it will probably take ages as emerchendise just got in a whole lot of slurm can and they sold out in about 5 hours(see gotfuturama.com). i dont know when theyre getting more in, but if you order it you will get it eventually.
