Does anyone know where to find a polyphonic ringtone of the Futurama theme song...or if one exists out there in the world?

You can get a polyphonic version of the theme tune from  http://www.cytronix.de/futurama/sonst/handy/index.php , but you'll probably need to convert it to polyphonic format (Dunno if Nokias can read proper MIDI files come to think of it...)

If you need conversion software, I'd recommend Mobile Music Polyphonic... not sure of homepage URL, should come up on google

Nokias use .mid's, although they can only play a limited number of "voices", I think mostly the limit goes at 8. But it's hard to find .mid's that have more than that anyway.
