Play.com has it for £29.99 with free shipping, apparently to anywhere in Europe. They don't deliver anywhere else, though.

I've been checking Amazon.co.uk's price for S4 for a few days now. This morning, I saw it listed at £27.99. An extremely precise chronometer would be needed to measure the amount of time it took for me to click 'Pre-order this item today!'. As of typing, it's now up to 5th on Amazon.co.uk's pre-order chart (edit - a few hours later) It went down to 7th soon afterwards, but I've just checked and it's now 4th on the main DVD chart. And 2nd, even, on the pre-release chart - ahead of "The Office - Series 2"!

Kazzahdrane, I got mine from play too and it came on the Monday, even though I'd only ordered it on the Friday.
None the less it's about time I ordered something through CGEF so I'll probably pre-order it in a couple of weeks or so, just to see what happens to the price.

Well, I pre-ordered mine now from Amazon, it's competative (ie. cheaper than) with the other sites (Blackstar, Play, etc), and this helps Marc out, as I did it through CGEF.

Does anyone have any confirmation on if this season release will be encoded for both regions 2 and 4 like previous ones?
This would be great if it was since it tends to be about $A10 cheaper and about 4 months sooner.

Now this is an easter egg I can easily be excited about : A Star Trek panel discussion in connection with the episode "Where No Fan Has Gone Before". Although the other easter egg sounds awesome too. What with a TDHAIP tabel read and all? Imagine hearing them sing Leela, Orphan Of The Star without musical backup. The The Elves Are Back To Work Today song in ATOTS was great fun to hear.

i dont think it's so much that they're R2/4 but that they'r PAL.
i think if you look at the box it says R2 (i dont have it anywhere near me)...it's pretty much the same as PS2 games.

The region encoded on the disc must match your player's region or it won't even try to play the disc. BTW, my preorder through amazon.uk came to just under GBP27.00, including air mail delivery to Mark Twain country. If their record of outstanding service holds, I sure won't be watching some idiotic football game this Thanksgiving Day. (How wonderfully ironic: football prempted for Futurama, even if it's just on my TV!)
