Actually, the BBFC lists a lot more now. It has 19 episodes all with commentaries, and Where the Buggalo Roam without a Director's Commentary listed by its name (but the S2 ones don't have that so I wouldn't be too concerned). There is also a 3D Model Draft listed and an Animatic for AoI2 as well as an Easter Egg rated twelve. As for the Deleted Scenes -- they are listed by disc and disc one seems to hold six episodes. The deleted scenes are for episodes: - 3ACV01 - 3ACV02 - 3ACV03 - 3ACV04 - 3ACV05 - 3ACV06 - 3ACV07 - 3ACV08 - 3ACV09 - 3ACV10 - 3ACV11 - 3ACV14 - 3ACV16 - 3ACV17 - 3ACV19 - 3ACV21 - 3ACV22 They also list the times for each of them, but I can't be bothered to go through them all. http://www.bbfc.co.uk/website/Classified.nsf/$$Search?OpenForm&Seq=1&Title=Futurama

The Easter Egg must be something more special than the last two if it warrants a +U rating. It must be some sort of video clip or a kill Santabot game. *cough* Got a little carried away with my imagination

Didn't David X. Cohen say in an article/interview somewhere that they'd recorded commentaries for every episode? They are the real gems of the DVDs. The Easter Egg could be the "close-up" that was mentioned on the Season 2 DVDs (for I Second That Emotion)? Ah well.... Also, harkening back to the first page... It's quite unusual for the UK to get something before the US. Since we're classified as a European country, usually we have to wait for the translations into German, French, Spanish etc. before we get the DVD/Games (despite the fact that our English translation is identical to the US (hey, maybe they should go and put the "u" back in "labour" ). The recent wave of Europe/Japan-only releases is a strange trend indeed. Boy, I wish I had the job of BBFC classifier person .

Surprisingly, the UK actually does get quite a bit of US material on DVD first especially TV shows. Sometimes, really popular shows can make it onto DVD in the UK first, like The West Wing. DVDs produced for Europe can actually sell more than the US - the Futurama Season 2 disc can be sold in the UK, France, Italy and Australia without any modifications - just a small packaging change. Because the audio tracks already exist, there's no need to perform translations. If a DVD sells poorly in the UK, then it probably won't be released in the US - saving the manufacturer money. In my experience, that's only really true of TV shows - films do tend to be released in the US earlier, as well as computer games...

But, the US is in the same boat when it comes to games in Japan. There's gotta be thousands of games that have never made it from Japan to the US market, and like the UK, we usually have to wait about 6 months to get a version localized for us. But, as long as we're talking about this, I find it interesting, the idea of games not making over to the UK. It seems to me, that video games are a much more profitable business here in the states, compared to Europe. And, games seemed to be very expensive the last time I was in France, around 75 euros for a copy of Final Fantasy X. With prices like that, it's no wonder that the European gaming market is behind the US. But, that's the video game fatcats for ya.

I can say that it's not a "proper interview", but it is something that could be potentially fun to see. Some sort of game where you get to undress Amy and Leela? Behind the scenes footage of the actors recording their voices? Cast auditions that include other actors? Some sort of game where you get to undress Amy and Leela? EDIT: Lmao! I just realised what I wrote I meant to say dress!!

Did anyone notice an Alternate Animation Commentary has been passed. Is this just commentary on deleted scenes?
