Simpsons Futurama crossover # 2

Does anyone know what has happened with the 'Simpsons Futurama Infinitely Secret Crossover Crisis' comic # 2 of 2? On CGEF it says that it was released on 23rd October but I haven't been able to find it anywhere.

I need it man, I need it like Bender needs his liquor.

The first one says December for the second one.

Futurama #10 is due out this week.  With luck, the finale of the crossover crisis may follow in a couple of weeks.  Perhaps a nice Christmas/New Year's present.

I have a copy, it seems to have come out a couple weeks ago. I think it's really great. Even if you missed Part 1, it recaps anyway, so everyone buy a copy! It's worth it.
