I know what you are thinking - just what in the heck are you talking about? Well, at this years San Diego Comic Con Fox released a limited run of 5 giclee's based off the images from the 2001 calendar. The print run was limited to only 40 sets and they quickly sold out as you can imagine and have become very difficult to find.
I have recently heard that another 3-4 images (depending on who I have talked to) have been approved for release in this format. I have also heard that eventually all twelve images will be released so expect one more release after this next set. The run will be very limited again so if you are interested in these prints make sure you get them early because they will sell out again.  :)

Giclee is a printing process in which lots of ink is put down on the paper at one time. It makes for a very rich presentation and looks better than most traditional printing methods. Check my site for examples of the calendar giclee's. The scans do not do the actual product justice but you can get the idea.
Hope that helps.  :)

Where do they sell these things?  Only at conventions, or is there a web site or something?

Typically these are sold at animation art galleries, however, the first set of giclee's from the 2001 calendar were kind of an exclusive to the San Diego Comic Con. They had 40 sets there but they were bought up pretty quickly from what I hear. One dealer I talked to said he was at the show and pretty much bought up all that he could there which would probably attribute its quick sell out at the show.
For the forthcoming releases expect these to be at animation art galleries again but should be a little bit easier to get (I hope).
The large poster size giclee's are pretty much still widely available but they do cost quite a bit more. They run about 275.00 unframed.
Hope that helps.
