Another DVD thread. So sue me  tongue

It seems that the menus on November's dvd release could be a lot more glamorous than on season 1.

According to a reliable source there could well be a moving menu on at least one of the discs.

Fingers crossed.

That would be really cool, especially if it involved the NNY tubes smile

WOW!! A cherry on top!!

Albiet, a cherry which you will see for only a few seconds before you watch one of the episodes instead.

Who buys DVD's to watch animated menus?
Not I.

They could put something more interesting on instead of silly gimmicks, like more deleted scenes and such.

Animated menus aren't big, i doubt they'll take up much disc space and i doubt they'd have filled it with anything else.

Each disc has an 8-12 second intro animation followed by a 30 second main menu loop animation.

In the most recent issue of 'DVD Review' magazine in the UK, there's a review of Season 2. Most of the pictures they've used are just frame grabs from the actual episodes, but there's one picture which shows the main menu screen for the first disc. It's a wooden Planet Express delivery crate, which appears to be underwater, and the episdes are written on the front of it, and Benders antenna is sticking out one of the gaps at the top  smile I was wondering, are there any pictures of the other menu screens anywhere? smile

I... can't... wait... until the 11th November...

The suspense may not be killing me, but the anticipation is!
