Why is farnsworth so rare?!  Because its Farnsworth, the best character on the show hands down.  Plus he came with Nibbler.  Its not because of Roberto because there are plenty of Roberto build a bot figures that aren't as rare as he is.

I don't think its about the legs as much as it is about having the original and having the second production.  Who knows.  I got my original signed by Billy West with a signature "Good News Everyone!" on the window.

the more and more I look on eB@y the happier I get when I see the prices go up up up n away.

seems youd have to drop well over a grand just for the first series and exclusoves. I just cant seem to understand why toynami isnt capitalising on the popularity.

I am going to agree with Anvil here, if it was a choice between encores and repaints, repaints all the way. I only bought one encore and that was because I got an extra Nixon's head in a jar online and put it on Bender's body. Now all I need is the little blue car for his head and I'm set...idea courtesy of EvilPDA. Where is that guy?!?!

I wonder if Toynami would be open to doing (fairly) inexpensive Universe 1 repaints of Amy, Farnsworth, Bender and Hermes as the next two series to try fund the Mafia, Lrrr, Flexo etc.  
Maybe they could be packaged with Morbo as a Build-a-figure to help boost sales. Seems like it could be pretty cool. Maybe a few new accessories too, like Gunter for Farnsworth instead of Nibbler, Brainslug for Fry etc.

Morbo (Vinyl) -  Morbo was previously within series 10, after having been a build-a-figure for series 9. The figure is now listed as Vinyl, this alternate material will presumably prevent a large price difference.

So, after gender bender and destructor the line is dead. I wish there was someway to ressurect Morbo, Lrr, the robot mafia and a scruffy. I definitely would of liked them more than nudar and calculon. Don't get me wrong, they are great additions to the futurama figure universe but Morbo and Lrr and the mafia would've been stronger. Also, does sculpt boy post anymore? Has anyone emailed him? He posted his email a little while ago, and I think we could really use his knowledge. Where are you?

I'm not bothered that we got Calculon and Nudar... They're both great characters and it's nice to have a movie flavour in my display. Also, I didn't think we'd ever get Destructor (or Gender Bender) but we did/are. So let's not write the rest of the line off completely. I think we'll at least see what we've been shown eventually.

It'd be nice if they could at least top those off with some U1 repaints of the rest of the crew though.

I really... REALLY want Lrrr and Morbo. I want the Mafia and Flexo but I want Lrrr and Morbo more as we already have so many robots.

You really can't put much stock in anything Toynami says at this point. Everything seems like a struggle for them and their communication is terrible.

So best to just wait and see what's released. At this point, I'm just looking forward to US preorders for Destructor/Bender. Beyond that we'll see, take it one step at a time.

Barring a surprise from Toynami, the next opportunity to get any idea of future releases isn't until July at San Diego Comic-Con. And even that's just a maybe.

The way I look at it the line was basically dead and anything we get now is a bonus. So I'll be happy to get Destructor/Bender and anything else if/when it comes.

Hey everyone,

My first post here, I've been a Futurama fan for year but only recently though of looking for a fan forum... so yeah, here I am!

So anyway, in the last month of so I've caught the bug of collecting these Toynami Figures...  & I have a question, what does everyone thing is a fair price for a boxed, unopened Zoidberg Figure?

I understand they are rare and people don't want to let go of them but I also don't want to get ripped off, the other question is are the 2 other zoidbergs (the blue one and the mating season one) worth more, less or pretty much equal to the normal zoidberg?

Hey Brad, welcome to the forum!

I'm not sure about a price, I only payed about £15-£20 each for the three Zoidberg's last year but I got them from someone who didn't know what they were worth (a pawn shop that was selling the entire first 3 series and the 2 exclusive Zoidbergs for dirt cheap). So it depends if you can find yourself a good deal or not.

From what I understand the most common/cheapest one is actually the "Mating Season" one, and the rarest is the Universe 1.

Sounds like you got them for an awesome price! I think a fair amount of luck was involved with that deal though 

I'm more talking ebay prices though... The last one I saw on ebay went for about $135AUD inc delivery. That was a bidding auction which seem to go for less... there is currently a standard zoidberg on ebay BIN for $225 inc delivery... I'm considering it... or maybe I should just wait till one comes up for auction again...
