No, but there's both a stuffed toy that looks kinda like it and a talking Bender figure coming out. You could spend heaps on both and cut them up and sew the talking bit into the plushie...

Nice, you just have to record the lines from the show. Look up on the type of chip you will need and the equipment wa la. You could also work your pen pal mercilessly to make tons of them. You could put the chip in them and then all you need to do is get permission to sell. Some kind of permit. Then your in business and your poor pen pal can slave other them. That is thinking, now your saving money.
