(I was going to write a fucking long post, but can't be arsed).

So, what do you collect apart from Futurama?

In my case, it's Transformers. As an 80s kid, I grew up on this stuff (Star Wars was effectively finished by the time I was old enough to get into it). There, I said it. I'm a Transformers nerd.

So whar about you?

And, if anyone asks, you know what to say. In the immortal words of Dark Helmet's aide from Spaceballs: "No sir, I didn't see you playing with your dolls!"

Star Trek stuff and models of Mustangs and Corvettes.

As a gag gift, one of my friends got me a life-sized poster of Captain Kirk.

Mostly Simpsons stuff. The shelf above my computer is full of figurines, and I have some of the comics, and random Tracey-Ullman-short trading cards that were apparently once packaged with bubble gum. So, yeah. Huuuuuuge dork, I am.

Cassettes and CDs, Garfield comic books,  VHS video tapes of the Stooges and Laurel and Hardy.   Pokemon plushies that I give to my dog to play with.  Coins, stamps, baseball cards, have some Sonic the Hedgehog action figures that I'll sell one day.   I also like Wacky Packets as well.

Diecast stuff, old flight & maintenance manuals, and work-related hardware that seems to find it's own way into my truck & home.

Nothing hurts like stepping on an HL65-12-10 fastener barefoot at night, while stumbling for the head!

It has come to my attention from multiple futurama fans that my non-talent is wasted here.   I have seen a few contributers spoil the fun of many with inane unwelcome commentary.  I do not wish to become one of these.  If in the future I visit this site, it will be to peruse the wonderful art and fun stories that flow from the genius of this place.

I used to collect gold wrist watches, when I had the dosh. But now I collect football shirts and celebrity mugshots. If I could get my hands on a celebrity wearing a football shirt in a mugshot, well my collection would be complete.
