He'll always be involved in an occasional manner. He mostly just does stuff for Bongo now, doesn't he?

Not awesome if they keep fucking hiring Mike Kazalah.
Wait, I don't get why you guys hate this Mike guy so much. Can somebody fill me in on the whole situation?

Dunno' what other people find annoying about him. For me, he seems like a great guy, but his personal character style leaks through to the Futurama characters in his drawings. Badly. Way beyond off-model.

I think that's the point.
It's a comic.. not a TV show, the characters can be done in any and all styles.
The Futurama fans are just a little insane, that's all.

Oh, I see what you mean Tachyon. I don't know if it's just me, or I think that the Futurama Comics have been slowly getting better! I mean I can really yawn at some of the old ones. (I have a PDF of every comic, and only 2 physical comics, which are the Tartar House Five, and Board Game Games). But alot of the newer ones really keeps me into it. It's like I yawn less at them now. Issues 60-65 were great. And issue 67 was awesome. That Board Games one was pretty boring to me. I didn't really like it. Tartar House Five, was pretty damn awesome. And now Patric M. Verrone is writing the new one coming out later this month. Sounds promising enough to keep me entertained! Maybe all we need are these comics! Screw the new episodes! The Comics are dominating power now! Okay, I take that back. I like them both the same.

Wait, isn't that what Comics are all about though? Not drawing the characters perfectly? But at the same time, they don't deserve to look like a 4th grader drew it.

Is his style that bad? (edit) Oh btw, Danny, I understand and agree with the chryogenic obsession.

Animating comics would be mighty difficult, friend. You'd be hard pressed to find such an achievement outside Harry Potter world.
I see what you did there.. nice!

Looks like it's fan made to me, simply because most of the characters are off-model.
Haha! (The picture was of Mike Kazaleh's work. )

I just bought a Matt Groening signed Futurama Infinity Comic for only $85 !
I know, why didn't I get the Destructor/Gender Bender figures?
There is only one explanation for that: This was signed by Matt Groening! And has a Nibbler doodle on it as well! What an honor to keep!

It was definitely good. Maybe not anything spectacular, but was a really, really good mind-twisting comic book.

I think this was another real fun issue from Patric Verrone. With Patric it doesn't seem so much the story is the thing so much as it is playing with the sequential art aspect of the comic. He is always trying to find ways to push the boundaries of the reader experience and giving us multiple ways to read and enjoy the issue. While I prefer the art to be better the static scenery and character situations is more suited to what Kazaleh does so he is most appropriate for this type of story. I am not sure I would want to see James Lloyd or John Delaney pencil an issue like this since they are both so good at doing scenery and backround characters and all the little things that really bring the comic to life. Tone Rodriguez is coming along nicely as well. His first issue was a little rough but he is coming along nicely in depicting the Futurama universe. All in all there is a nice stable of Futurama artists out there doing some really nice work and am glad to see some new blood coming to the title and doing some fun stuff. For more on Futurama Comics 68 check my revamped A Big Piece of Garbage website. It's now in blog form you know. PS, got some good stuff waiting around the corner.

Patric Verrone should have made this be the non-canon episode, instead of Saturday Morning Fun Pit. I liked Fun Pit. But I think more of the fans (such as myself) would have liked this alot more.
