What's an ebay? Lol. Yeah got mine on amazon.hard to find deals on them though, most are at market. Not even room to make a profit if you were reselling for a business. Pretty decent if you plan on getting the collection and probably cheaper than buying tons of blind boxes

The trick for blind boxes is going into a comic book store where people have already opened the boxes to peek inside and grab it, take out the [probably] still-sealed silver bag and feel it for identifying shapes, like Fry's hair would have two points, Leela her ponytail, etc. I'm sure that's a strange way to do it but hey, if it saves you from buying the same thing twice!

Damn, I got a TotPD!

That does help though it's harder than you think cuz they have air and a booklet in them so things move. I got a fry doing this only after me and a friend swore we felt bender lol

Danny, Amazon. I think I've mentioned that before, but maybe because it wasn't in UK (I don't remember if it was or wasn't) this information didn't prove useful to you hmpf

ProfessorZoidy, I know exactly what you mean! I would feel bad opening the boxes themselves, but if they are already open, why not check for figure giveaways...except I'm a lil worse, if the box is already open I'll tear the foil packet and take a peek hehe, but to be fair there's been only one I opened that I never bought.

Nibbler is easy to tell because he has three loose accessories included in a plastic packet. Zapp has a flatish head. The others I can't really tell...I shake the boxes a lot to try and tell. If you EVER pick up a box that seems a tad heavier than the others, BUY IT!!! It is the Robot Devil. I found the last unopened box at an Urban Outfitters, thought I'd try my luck at a figure I might not have since box was heavier than normal, and I got Robot Devil!!! So yeah, happy hunting and good luck! And if you're needing specific ones, Amazon is great. They were selling the Mom figure for 99 cents before + $5 shipping.

Yeah the devil and bender are the heaviest imo. The devil you can feel the edge of his head and horns also he is the only one with a plastic shell around his body

The box I got him in was completely sealed so I went by weight alone. I did feel the foil before I opened and took a guess that maybe possibly it could be him...! big grin I had to order Bender online though. I probably bought like 10 of them and not one Bender! mad

Sorry, that was stupid. I could not read that price on the sign on my phone. I see it now on the laptop shifty

Ah, I thought you guys were at a specialty comic store and they were selling them pre-opened, like online. They take a big risk leaving that Robot Devil out, unless it's behind the counter. Although in my experience I am having more trouble finding Slurms!

No Amy?

I'm not a fan of those kidrobot futurama figures, I prefer Yummy Doughnut and Yummy Breakfast (my wallet has a smiley waffle, and I have a giant doughnut on my bed, haha)

Actually since watching Yo Leela Leela, I keep imagining the bit about waffles and doughnuts being sung in Leela's Rumbledy Hump singing voice.  The fact that they look a bit like Princess Nu Num isn't helping.

Yeah I went there yesterday, and saw them.  I had just spent fifty quid on gym/exercise stuff and another fifty on art materials, so I gave them a miss.  I already have a big collection of yummy breakfast/doughnut stuff, but I am thinking of going back there and buying a Fry figgie.

Wait hold up, Yummy Dessert too?  Hot diggity dawg, I hope they have pecan pie and creme caramel!  >:3

So I finally got around to getting pics of my KidRobot collection today.

I have a few doubles of some, so I decided to switch their bodies heh

I actually just ordered Lrrr Monday night. So then the only two I will missing will be Sal and Slurms. I guess I will just have to keep checking for them. But somehow I was able to get Robot Devil by chance!

They really need to do another series!
I think they should have:
Calculon (an emmy)
The Crushinator (her daughter)
Amy (should come with her flying surfboard)
Hermes (a calculator)
Professor (a machine, or the finglonger)
Scruffy (National Pornographic)
Petunia (a massive bottle of cheap red wine)
LeBarbara (a factory clearance sale clutch purse)
Dr Calill (a clipboard)
Fanny (her diamond studded bra)
Clamps   (a backup pair of clamps?  A sharpening board?)
One of the Amazonians (an offering of bath beads and scented soaps)
Angelyne (the cuddly toy Bender "won" for her)
Cubert (a comic book)
Pazuzu (his son)
Kif (a picture of Amy)

Secret ones!
Lars (a stuffed toy that looks like Leelu)
The Countess De La Roca (her hat)
Any more?

What I like about this series is that it seems to be a mix of regular characters, secondary, and the more obscure one offs.

Again, I absolutely despise blind boxing.  If something costs the better half of a tenner (about 16 dollars to you I suppose) or more, then I think I should have the right to know what I'm damn buying.  I honestly would buy more KidRobot toys, because I would buy the ones I want (which are usually quite a lot.)   If it costs fifty pence or a pound, fine.  Five pounds, 8 pounds?  Piss off.

Donbot: A set of Zuban cigars?
Joey Mousepad: Not sure..
Hedonismbot: A jar of chocolate nipple icing.
Dwight: Those bamboo stilt thingies.
Hypnotoad: A dvd of Everyone Loves Hypnotoad.  Not that anyone would really want ALL GLORY TO THE HYPNOTOAD

Hedonism Bot could have a thing of grapes too big grin

Give Dwight one of those What the hell is Kwanzaa books heh

Scruffy: his washbucket and copy of ZERO G JUGGS

Would Betsy work as a better accessory to Amy?

Oh yes, Washbucket.  No no it should be Extra Long Honkers or National Pornographic.

So Borders near me put out these figures today (they weren't there yesterday) with a case of Simpsons, and I noticed all had been taped up. I found it hard to believe someone had opened them all, so I thought maybe they taped them expecting them to be opened. But only one end was taped, and on different ends. And this was ALL BOXES. So I naturally opened it to see if the inside package had been opened, and indeed they were. But they were not torn; only snipped on the corner, like someone opened it with scissors to verify it. I told Derek this had to be an inside job.

Well I bought the Zoidberg, Leela, Lrrr, and Morbo (I have them all, but I get extras). While I was being run up the girl let fly that they all opened them behind the counter to "get the ones they didn't have" ie. rare ones.

Major LOL.
