Hello All,

I was wondering if anybody else here collects the original production art from Futurama and what pieces you may have?

I recently picked up the following image of Bender and Fry from Jurassic Bark.

I'm really pleased with it, but suspect I've just opened the flood gates and will lose lots of money collecting more of these. I just need to find somewhere to hang it now.

PS, I searched for another thread but couldn't find anything, so apologies if i missed one.

They're distributed by Acme Archives (http://www.acmearchivesdirect.com/) but I ordered mine through Animation Connection (http://www.animationconnection.com/)

Sweet zombie Jesus, you're willing to pay hundreds of dollars for a single image?
I think I'll just stick to making my own.

I'd like some, but I'm not made of money. I'll settle with my giclee...

I have quite a few original pieces of animation art for Futurama.  It is pretty expensive particularly if you cannot find a decent piece you like. OPJ, the giclee's are more expensive than the animation art aren't they? Or am I just misremembering?
Oh, and you can also purchase from the Fox animation art gallery online.

I only have two Garfield cells and one Simpsons one. I bought one Garfield one, the other two were gifts. No Futurama.

Yeah the giclee's are rather expensive, but there was one that I just loved and had to get. I couldn't afford to keep getting expensive pieces like that, or production art due to cost. The giclee was more of a one off treat. I'd love to get more, and when new Futurama comes back there could be some more pieces that I might not be able to refuse. I think the four Futurama movie covers would make great giclees...

The original production art is pretty cool as it's linked to actual episodes and one of a kind in a sense if I'm understanding it correctly.

Awesome buy! I'd love to have a Simpsons or Futurama framed piece. It;s a shame Futurama was digitally colored, so you won't see any hand painted cells. But the pencil drawings are nice. Another route are original pages from the comics. I'm not sure where you'd get them, but I'm sure contacting Bongo would get the info you need.

I myself have two Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog cells, a Lupin the 3rd cell, an 80's Ninja Turtles cell (of all four turtles from knee up). Also, my dad has two cells from Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color. Good stuff. :)
