I want Roberto on a shirt with his knife. Under Roberto it should say, "Im not crazy I just like stabbing things". And then however you spell the sound he makes when he is swinging his knife around.

Thats pretty sweat, I love it. Where's the Haa ha ha Haa ha. I've looked around and there really arent any cool shirts with P.E. crew on it. That would be pretty cool. Also a shirt featuring a hot picture of Leela. Lrr eating Free Waterfall Junior. There is a few ideas.

Considering everything on their is hand drawn by me I don't think it's copyright but I'm not sure.

Technically Fox/Rough draft studios have the trade/copyrights to the planet express crew and anything to do with futurama, (except that which has been licensed to another company for production) therefore even if it was a hand drawn image created by your self, technically you can't sell them without authorization from fox for using their intellectual property (the design of the characters/ideas), but they look interesting.

Well I won't tell you not to do it, just try not to get too sucessful/noticed, or else they could issue a cease and desist order, ordering the company to take it down, I happened to find a very nice "Mom Corp" hat online that I'm fairly certain wasn't authorized, but I still liked it enough to buy one, just don't report me for it Besides I have to be somewhat technical, I'm studying mechanical engineering and am on a school term now.
