The futurama comics have gotten a bit crap recently, there nothing wrong with the storylines its just the artwork that lets it down, i still always end up buying them though .

The reminds me of the episode in the series "Amazon Women in the Mood" and also the fifth comic. Still, I'm interested...

What they didn't show is on the back cover,,, Leela snapping the RoboCheetah's neck, and drinking it's blood, to gain it's strength!  :D

I collect the Futurama comics.  This upcoming one looks really cool!  About time the PE Crew has a jungle adventure.  (besides AWITM of course)!  Looking forward to this one!

Well for one it's a robot cheetah so I'm not sure how endangered it can be. Besides we're talking about the woman who gave up her credit info to protect and imaginary rhino.

If anything, a robot cheetah would be even more endangered than the usual kind.  I mean, when was the last time you saw one?

How can anything that you can just make more of be considered endangered?

Unless, of course, you stop making them because there are different and better things that you can make instead. Then its just natural selection at work so that's okay.

That's what I asked the wildlife people.  I mean, if animals can reproduce, then they can just make more.

But they still won't let me hunt whales.

This looks like a cool comic... somewhat grittier than the usual.  Hope I can score a copy when it comes out.

According to the promo in other Bongo Comics books, it's written by Boothby but the art is by Tom King, not James Lloyd.

I can't even seem to get one yet. The only place that sells them near me is Borders and they haven't sold all their #37s yet thus they haven't put out any #38s. Needless to say I am not amussed.

Don't worry, Frisco17.  It will come soon.   That happens to me where I live, I can't get the comics until the third of fourth weekend of every two months.

Anyway, the jungle story was great!  Iron Fry and Leela the Jungle Queen were very hilarious!  Great comic as usual!  I give it 5/5!

I got mine a few weeks ago and it was more than I was expecting. Still, not my favorite story, but it was nerdy!

Finally got it. Definitly a good one. The Iron Fry thing is great.

Fry: "Getting around in a jungle is hard work. I thought it would be all fun and games."

I wish I could get it. There is like nowhere near me that sells comics, unless you count at Barnes and Noble where you can get the collections of like 5 comics in one book...

This was a pretty good issue. Although it seemed a little rushed to me for some reason. Still, it was an enjoyable issue.

What's #39 about?
