I don't know if anyone else had this problem, but in season 1 and 2 dvds under the extras, the picture gallery does not work, it says to hit the fast forward button to go through them, well when I do this,it does nothing, no pictures come up, whats up with that,3 and 4 might be like that to, I did not check. When I first got the first season, I returned it thinking it was messed up, so then I got another one and it did the same thing. Does anyone know why this is?

Well, you aren't supposed to use the "fast forward" button, but the "next chapter" button :-)
Are you using a "real" DVD player or some software on the computer? VLC Media Player has some problems with still galleries, don't know about other players.

Hope this helps a little...

Hmm... mine works ok, maybe its got something to do with where you are in the world, cause some DVD's have different codes on them dont they?

It's more than likely the dvd player if it's occuring on more than one set.

Use a PS2 if all else fails. When you press the select button on it, you can go to chapters.  ;)

My bro's PS2 only allows DVD's to be played with like a green shade over everything. It was really difficult watching Star Wars Ep 3, so I gave up after 5 minutes.

That's awful. This is why they made the PS3. They make 'em cheap and crappy for themselves, jack the price up, we buy, it breaks just in time for the new console to come out, and you got two choices handed to you. Buy a DVD player, or a PS3....or a PS2 that's compact without a fan, which causes heat issues...

Hmmm... I love my PS2. Its just a shame they keep making new ones and make old stuff void so no-one makes any games for it any more  :(

*cries*

Yup, that's the good old-fashioned way of businesses and economy...

Edit: It could be your TV that's making the green color. Have you ever tried hooking it up on another TV? That could be the problem. The whole "you'll-burn-this-into-the-screen if-you-play-too-long" might apply here, especailly if you have it hooked tp a projection screen TV.

Hmmm, thats a fair point. It might be that the reception just aint very good for my bros tv.

Ooh thinking about it, I think you may be right.

*goes to hook up ps2 to other tv*

*sigh* on business and economy, well, did they HAVE to get rid of Game boy colour?  :( We have like 2 in the drawer. I loved that lil thang!

I spose the new ones are better now though, the psp and that funky jazz...

Don't worry about it. I kept mine forever until I traded it, and my GBA to get money for a GCN. Back on the whole Tv issue, did that suggestion I made help? If that doesn't work...have a party by smashing it on New Year's eve, or sell it on eBay and totally rip somebody off.  ;) Either way, it's all good. (If you do wanna break it, I'd advise unplugging it first)

Yeah, it did actually. I guess the tv upstairs was cheap and nasty.

...if it was me you were referring to...

...eBay it is then! Free overpriced p+p for all!!

THAT SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. I was like "WHAT!? It's not working!" It took me FOREVER to realize that I was hitting the wrong buttons. There are two sets of "fast-forward" - look closer on your remote. Nothing's wrong with your DVD. I had the same EXACT problem.

^It could be that, or it still could be their DVD player.
