I'd say either iron ons, he works at some place that has a professional machine to do that, or knows someone that'll make it for him.  Just my guesses, but I'd like to know anyways.

get any image you want, edit it any way you want, put it on a shirt, and bam, you got yourself a new shirt for only 17 bucks.  It's great quality too.

I am! In my city, you just go to castings, and you are working in a TV station. You can go search for one of the TV shows I did: "Morangos com açucar" in Portugal.

I like the shirt, at first it looked as tho you'd taken a balnk green shirt and then just dragged the picture over it, how wrong I was, do you by any chance produce and deliever....for free? no? very well =[
