This is just a pole I'm going to start to see which voice actor that hasn't stared in an audio commentary, that you would like to hear in one. Sorry if I forgot anyone.

My vote is for Franky, never heard is default voice but you gotta love him.

I'll tell you what. I'll accept their apoligy when they kiss my ass, which I don't have.

Frank Welker, like Billy West and Charlie Adler is a very talented voice artist, and has been in that line of work for a long time.  I liked his commentaries, too.

Believe it or not, he was the voice of Skeeter from the Muppet Babies, and Brain from Inspector Gadget.

I'm not sure that Katey Sagal would be particularly entertaining on a commentary, whereas I think Frank Welker would be freakin' hilarious.

Also, HGB - 'apology' is spelt with an 'o'  wink

And this is a poll as in a vote, not a pole Nix puts people's heads on.
