They normally have them up to buy (not preorder) sometime in August. That's when I buy all of mine because of my distinct lack of credit card.

So, yeah. August. Maybe September.

I figured i'd bump this since the release date is so near. Amazon says it'll be released on the 26th. Has anyone had a chance to see what the inside pictures are?

Mine has been dispatched by Amazon. i have an email from them. i ordered it back in May and had pretty much forgotten i'd ordered it. So it's a bit like sending myself a present! A present from the past..............i'll sit down now.
But yeah, calendars are now available from Amazon.

I hope so. On a calendar related note i am outraged at the picture of Leela and her parents. Munda's tentacles are pink, not green! And Morris' hair is a light purplish tinged grey not dark purple!

Mine came today. I don't think it's as good as the 2005 one but that doesn't mean it isn't great! I'm looking forward to March, April and July 2006!

I like to think that just because a new one continues to come out every year is good news for us.

I mean, the show's been cancelled 2 years, but the calenders still come. Gotta be appreciative for that...

Guess what finally arrived today!...


Jeez it took it's time, the last two years the Calendars came in 5 days, this year it decided to come in 13! Fucking post...

Anyway, I'm so happy to finally have it, and it's another quality Calendar. My favorite month on it is April; the picture with the Voodoo pens stall where Leela's drawing on Zapp’s posters and it's making the real Zapp look like what Leela's drawn. Very nice idea, awesome art and made me laugh too!...

Despite this, I feel that overall this Calendar is perhaps a slight step down from last, not by much though. As Venus mentioned further up; "Munda's tentacles are pink, not green! And Morris' hair is a light purplish tinged grey not dark purple!", I totally agree and I am outraged too. The artists are privileged enough to be making these Futurama Calendars and yet they can't get a simple thing right like the colors!? All the episodes are on DVD, it’s not even hard to take a look. Also notice that Roberto is missing the black line between his eyes on the Calendar, instead it has been colored brown like the rest of his body, even most fan art is more accurate than this. And one other thing, why is Anglelyne omitted from Benders past loves picture? Instead we have a cheesy one of Bender looking at himself in the mirror!...

I am still most grateful however, that these Calendars are still being produced, and even with these mistakes it's much better than nothing. Let's hope there will be a 2007 Calendar, and 2008 and more...

What would all of you prefer in a wall calendar: pics from actual episodes, or new pics created just for the calendar?

Need to pick that up. I only got to use my 2005 for like 2 months, then my mom painted my room and I can't find my old nail hole that I hung the calendar on.

I got two of them!  One for myself, and one for my sister!  Can't wait to use it.  It's cool how everyday on the calendar it tells famous people's birthdays.
