Are the comics going to continue the story from after the end of season 4? (I know the comics have been around for a while but I only just started reading them) as much as Id like Im not holding my breath for season 5 but if I could still get my futurama fix in comic form id be a very happy guy. Any info is appreciated.   :)

Yeah, the Comics started while the show was on. However, some of the more recent Comics have used ideas which were originally intended for the show. So you could kinda say they do carry on after the show somewhat, but not in a direct way. For example, nothing more has been said on the Fry/Leela situation since 'Devils Hands'. Depends which way you look at it really...

Some comics kinda follow the show's seasons but not much.

I'm kind of hoping the comics will follow the events after Devil's Hands.  Then we can all see if Fry and Leela will actually get together.

After all the Sonic the Hedgehog comic book followed the events after the infamous 'Doomsday' saga in the cartoon.  Unlike Sonic at least Futurama comics won't profess to kill off a popular character.

I hope the comics avoid continuing the end of the show until it's absolutely certain nothing can be done to bring it back.  Continuity-wise, though, they do continue with the knowledge we already have given the 72 episodes.  There's just no major advancements of the main story, at least that I know of.

The current issues as far as I know all take place after the last episode of the series. But like a Star Trek novel if the TV series is renewed or a film comes along its the only continuity that'll count.
