Well, in all 3 Terminator movies - when the robots/humans get sent back in time, they always come back naked. I think the Terminator theory is that matter can only be transported backwards through time, but only living matter, so static objects such as clothes can't be sent back... although I know nothing about time travel, I'm just drawing that conclusion since it happened in all 3 movies.

Since it was a Terminator parody, it's only natural for them to parody aspects of the movie such as that, so it wouldn't exactly be an accurate parody if Leela came back fully-clothed. I'm sure that if Bender wore clothes, he'd have arrived in the past naked, too.

Oh. See I haven't seen any of the Terminator movies so I wouldn't know. But that makes a lot of sense. Thanks Beamer!

Because it makes me hard.

Late reply, I know. But where are the pictures? I know Leelaholic has been pretty good about this but can people post their softcore Leela porn scans from the comics in this thread? I haven't read most of them so I haven't seen them.

No, it didn't. It was an AOI story, so it wasn't real.

But Bender didn't say anthing about Leela being a robot when he asked the WIM.

No, but Leela didn't mention wanting to kill the entire PE crew/having sex with Fry in AOI I either. Bender didn't say anything about wanting to kiss girls in AOI II. etc. etc. The What If-machine took a line and wove a story around it.

Now you see why I say the comics aren't canon.  tongue

My theory: The WIM turns out movie parodies when it runs on batteries, but the Professy forgot that. Makes perfect sense.

My theory: Beamer now kicks ass. Those pictures rule all over the place.

I think he ruled anyway though.

Issue #11 just came out down here, and I finally managed to get a copy. Yeah, the nudity IS pretty unncecessary, but hey - I'm not complaining.  tongue

Still, the examples on the first page didn't cover everything... there's still been some non-Leela "sexiness" in the comics, such as Amy's bikini carwash in #5, and the lingerie party in #11. However, the observations are definately right that the artists appear to be more biased towards Leela, but hey - I'm not complaining.  tongue

Hmmm... I've gotta stop ending my paragraphs like that.

The top piece of the margin on issues 12 and 13:

Everyone keeps demanding pictures, so I'll give in.

Heres a competition - spot the topless girl in this pic!

In the Terminator films everyone who time travels (be they human or robot) arrives at their destination in the nude.

It's true, watch T3 and the start with the drooling when SHE arrives.

EDIT: Darn, I didn't realise that there was a second page to this thread!

Won't let me delete my post either....sorry for the repitition!

You know, there's some nude Fry on that cover of #13, perhaps they are starting to cater to the (straight) female fans as well?
Having done no more than flip through a couple of the comics, my opinion will stand with Otis P's theory about lonely cartoonists in the dark. If you can get away with it, why not?

WOAH! GPT, could you maybe link those? they are a bit on the big size.

And it's definatly the Futurama team, i don't really see Simpsons nudity or sexyness.

Here are some scans I took from Issue #4 earlier on (The same day I took the ones from Issue #7, in fact. I've also got some from #5 of Amy's bikini carwash & the Amy/Leela tape if anyone would like me to post them, too):

Well, the Simpsons doesn't really have much nudity, but Futurama did have quite a lot. Enough to result in a list: www.geocities.com/shadowstarnook/HardcoreNudity.gif
