Hahaha. That's awesome!

Hm. Looks like the sync is a little off, though.  :(

Hm,
do you mean cuberts or dwights lipsync?
because the one of cubert is exact when i watch it, cubert is a little off, thats right.
Also perhapps you have to put down your quality settings.

That's indeed awesome. Big thumbsup on this!
Real good animation.

But I have to agree with leelaholic. The voice finished when Cubert starts to speak again. Even if I had the quality set to low.

Good job, except Dwight's lipsyncing is off at the different quality settings.

Hm,
i don't get it perhapps your flashplayer doesn't
set the framerate to 30, or you don't have the newest flash player !?
but because of this i exportet the movie into AVI,
so watch it here: http://www.wss-stuttgart.de/~minutm1a/cubert_dwight5.avi

see ya

When I clicked on that, Windows Media Player opened up, and then it played eight seconds of sound from the Flash video.

You need to have the divx video codec,
you can get it on www.divx.com

EDIT:
here are 2 fast modifications,
just to show how fast you can later adjust
the scene    ;)

I also found that the sync between the sound and animation was out on the first one. I don't get any sound on the latest two if there is supposed to be sound. Very good though, nonetheless!

FIRST,
the second animation, this time much shorter and easier done.
 http://home.arcor.de/minuth/pub/calculon-001.swf

@Ozor,
i still don't know why it's out of sync when you watch it, and the 2 modifications have no sound

@alenacat,
yes is scaned every frame,
and i will show more, because my goal is to make
speaking animations for every character, and
then make little clips where main thing is the speaking plot, and there should be the jokes in,
because the characters won't move much.
If i am so far i gonna search some good writers  ;)

see ya

PS: was the avi file lipsync?
