I've made some 3D pix out of screenshots from the season 1 DVD, you can see 'em here: http://www.jessemazer.com/3Dphotos/futuramaS13D.html You gotta have 3D glasses for them to work, but you can get a free pair if you send a self-addressed stamped envelope to this company: http://www.rainbowsymphony.com/freestuff (make sure you ask for a pair of red/cyan glasses in your note) To make a 3D image you need two pictures of the same scene from slightly different angles, so my technique was just to look for scenes where the "camera" was panning sideways or revolving around, and take two nearby screenshots from slightly different times. This only works for the CGI shots in Futurama (it's easier with a live-action movie, you can see some others I've done here), so these are just scenes of ships, buildings, and robots.

Thanks Kyle! I see the thread has already been transferred, thanks to the ever-vigilant moderators. The link in that picture is broken, has the FAQ been moved?

Very nice pictures FlexoLives Sadly I'm not able to see them correctly, having nearly no depth-perception (like Leela ), due to only 20% sight on my left eye. I said it before in one of the game-threads: Wow I really changed Peelin these 75 days of me beeing a member. But I think I should make another picture, because this look really stupid if you give it to a new member who did nothing / only few things wrong.

On some of the ones I've made, a few people have said the two halves look too far apart to merge into one 3D image for them, but much like soylent cola it varies from person to person. As for the conversions, I'm using Photoshop Elements, the cheaper version of Photoshop. You can also do it with a lot of other paint/photo editing software though, there's some instructions here and here. And here's some other 3D software someone mentioned to me once, although I can't use it since I have a mac: http://www.imax-hamburg.de/StereoPhotoMovieMaker.zip
