Really nice Kyle_M    :)

Especially the sweat you got on Fry's shirt is well done.

I don't know if this is only my TFT cheating on me, but is there a thin white line at those curves? If there are try deactivating 'Antialising' in the line-tool.

edit :Oh no! The second TOTP in only 5 mins, I have to stop!

GFF, you're counting the number of posts on the page aren't you? Admit it!

Not allways Ozor Mox. I.e. this here happened by accident, the TOTP in the Trivia thread not.  :nono:

But I won't get a TOTP if I have nothing usefull to add!

Beside: counting blows! There is a little number on every board's summary page that gives you the number of posts in each thread. This is much easier than counting every post on the page  ;)

Here's a scan I made. It's not too good, but I tried. Please be gentle.

Wow leelaholic, for a simple try not bad, instead it is really good!     :)
You should also have a look at bezier lines, like Kyle_M and I just started to use. (See previous page).
These bezier kurves give you a really better quality.

Here is my latest scan, again a transparent gif, because I couldn't find a background that would fit. (The original looked stupid when scanned).

Any suggestions for a background?
I still have it as a 4000x3000 pixel PSP-file saved.

Not bad leelaholic!  :) Like GFF said you should also check out that Bezier Curve tutorial (assuming you use PSP). Much smoother results.
GFF: Great scan!

Thanks.   :)

Hm. I guess I don't have the right programs...   :hmpf:

Well, here's a scan I did just now. Since I couldn't do the lines like you said, I just resized the grab. I think that helped.

Of course, ANYTHING Fry is good in my eyes
So, how can I post my craptacular art?

You have to upload it (I recommend  www.imageshack.us ). This should help from there.

It isn't that hard to do, I think.

1. get it digital on your computer (If it isn't already)
2. if it is too big, resize it to about 500 pixel in width (keep the big one, so you can make wallpapers of it if requested)
3. save it as a .jpg (high colors) or .gif (transparent, but less colors)
4. Upload it to imageshack.us or aslate's Peel-file-hoster.
5. Post it here with the url-code these sites give you

edit: Oh crap, I'm by far too slow when I go into detail. Kyle_M beat me to it

very nice Zoidberg, Kyle. His claws are  bit too edgy, I think.

I just thought I have to do a little advertising:

The Letters are simple text in PSP (The Font is called Groening    ;) ) streched into the perspecitve.

and a new scan. It's little Leela

in 1280x1024

I've made a few little drawings using Flash, what does everybody think?
I made this one for the 'Mutant Town' thread.

And one of Leela in her Opera dress!

EDIT: And a Bender!

GFF, I like the way Leela's eye is slightly blurred and how you put some originality in it. Very nice

Trying to get my head around converting dvds to avis so I can make futurama music videos, can anyone help?

Thanks alenacat  :)

On your DVD question: Try googling for a little program called 'DVDx', it can rip to mpeg (VCD / SVCD) and avi (I think Divx-avi). Or ask in the offtopic computer thread if another Peeler has an idea.

I used Flash actually. Unless Illustrator is a nickname for Flash, I've never been good with software names.  :hmpf:
