60s bands are cool! I can try to draw Leela in that style, but I'm not sure if I have the skills :/

Anyway, I'm currently drawing a Futurama metal-band, and she is included there, at least. It takes time to draw it, though, so don't expect anything very soon...

GFF: Wow, that scan must've taken hours to do! A lot of great details there! The wooden floor is very nicely done. Two thumbs up!!

I got's 2. The first one is what I think what Fry & Leela's daughter would look like at age 16. Her name is Alexia, but her nickmae that everyone calls her is Lexi. Cept for her enimies and teachers, they all call her Fry.


The second one is a picture for the sequel of my fan fic The Fry Identity. The second one is The Fry Supremecy. Hope you enjoy!

Just an American fan w/ a German nickname.

I'm waiting 'till my Season 4 DVDs arrive to do more scans.  I've been using CGEF framegrabs, but they are too small to use for anything other than closeups.  My own (temporary) mpegs are also crappish quality, so until my DVDs arrive, I can't do anything better than closeups.

Once I get them though, I'll do up some nice full scene scans!

@ GFF: what program do you use?  Paint Shop Pro?  I'm curious, because I use Adobe Illustrator 9.

My high quality mpgs have just went the drain, when my harddisk failed...  *crys*
I'll have to wait for my Season 4 DVDs, too. They'll be released here in early November.

Yepp, I use PSP8 for all my pictures. Until June I've used PSP6. I've also tried Adobe's PhotoShop Trial version, but went back to PSP.

Not bad zomit, especially for a first scan! Although the .jpegery could use some fixing. Next time you might want to try a .gif or .png. But it's still very nice. 

Also great wallpaper, awesome Germany guy!  Lotsa detail.

Hoe long did it take me ?

I started it at 2am at night, but fell asleep at 5:30 am. When I started to work on it again it was about 5 pm it was finished at 11pm, that was when I posted it.

At all these where... about... 3.5 + 6... ehm 9 and a half hours

Very nice, becky, I like how instead of coloring it you just outlined it with color, it looks sorta like it's glowing. I have to practice eyes for art, dumb teacher, but the good part is I'm having fun with it. Here's leela about to give up having two eyes, in "The cyber house rules."

I've actually tried to make an avy before, but it has that ugly white outline around it. I'm using Photoshop; can anyone tell me how to save it without the jagged edges?

More shock rockers in the making! I'm working on a Futurama-band with Zoidy (lead guitar), Leela (bass-guitar), Fry (the lead singer) and Bender (the drummer). But I'm a perfectionist so it'll probably take a while until it's done...
