Well, lessee... first thing you'll need is the picture. Here 'tis, courtesy of CGEF:

It's on an angle, so you'll need some particular image fiddley software to adjust it, if that's what you want. Someone here probably has it, if you don't. If they're feeling nice, they might help you.
Next, you'll want to get it to a printer with probably A3 size paper. Print, laminate (if you wish), and voila! Poster.

I wish I could help you more, but alas, I'm a graphical neophyte.  ;)

I got rid of the angle and tried to resize it, but I still think it would look un-sharp if you print it out on a A3 paper.

klick the small one to get a bigger pic

well if the poster idea fails, you may have yourself a very nice avy.

How did you know?

I made an avy of this, but it is hard to get all this good stuff into 64x64 pixels. It's online on my site (link in my sig), avy no. 95.

When you make avys, do you make a full-sized scan first and keep it? He could use that if you did. If not, i challenge you to full-out scanarting and not just avatar making.

I'd get any decent scanartist to scan that image and use the scan to make the poster, it'll be much better and sharper.
