The Fugitive by Officer 1BDI is fairly shippy. It's at fanfic.net. Then there's 'Flowers in the Window' by nasteve, it's at TLZ. Anything by Missy also at TLZ. In fact if you go to the fanfic section at TLZ you will find a lot of shippy fic.

Other good stories are:

Last Shot" by Mysteryman

"A Helping Hand" by BumbleBee Theta

I also recommend "Background Noise" by Dave Vincent, it have a fair bit of shippy scenes.

With the risc of omitting some, I'll try to make a list of those I have read, I can remember and consider worthy:

...
And Then There Was Two (definitely)
Leela's Return (definitely)
Flowers In The Window
Crash Course In Love (definitely)
A Helping Hand
Secrets Revealed with sequel The Juicy Details (definitely)
Beat The Parents
A Second Chance
My So-Called Best Friend's Wedding with sequel I Dream Of Leela
Love In The Times Of Slurm (definitely) with sequel Miscarriage Of Justice
Delicious Surprise (first nine parts) (definitely)
No More Fun And Games (definitely)
Going Insane (this one has a lot of other plots)
The Family Fry
No More Secrets (definitely)
Last Shot with sequel First Time (definitely, one of the best ones IMHO) - treat them as one story
The Other (first four parts) (definitely)
Background Noise (lesser, a lot of much more important plots so far)
A Long Night with sequel An Even Longer Day (definitely)
The Fry Borg
King Of The World
The Day The Future Stood In Doubt
...

They are not necessairly romantic (but lot of them is!), but deal with F&L relationship. You can find them all at TLZ.

If any of you know some other, let me know, I'm eager to read some I haven't yet!

And for those who consider writing some but think that "the market is full of them": It doesn't matter! They're never enough! I want more! More! More! MORE! MMMMOOOOOORRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEE!

Nasteve's "More than Just Us" on TLZ is quite good. It involves a triangle and is well worth a read.

You have this all wrong! Last Shot rules! But Crash Course's also good. :-)

But I don't like the ending.
