You're at Disney Quest? i heard that place was hella expensive. Well, while you're burning money you should go see Cirque Du Soleil. Just exit Disney Quest and take a left. It's that huge tent there at the end. Can't miss it. Their giftshop rocks too.

Well, DQ is kinda expensive.. I've only been there a few times. I've never been to Cirque, though. I really ought to go[I watch it on BRAVO and it's so gorgeous]. Epcot rox0rs[Am I the only one that likes that park, though..?], and I ought to get together with some of you other Florida PEELers. That'd be cool. Thank you Maddoc[I like your sculptures.. Those were yours, right? Very pretty]!
Okay Nurdy, so, here ya go.

Say what you like about Disney.. All I can say is that I've seen most of their animated movies and I loved nearly every one. Brother Bear was disappointing, Home on the Range was poorly written, The Sword in the Stone was kinda lame and the Emperor's New Groove was like one big long Warner Brothers cartoon. I don't much like the 'princesses' either. But I'm hard pressed to find better movies than Treasure Planet, Alice in Wonderland, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, 101 Dalmatians AND Etcetera... They're just classic.

The really crappy Disney stuff was made after Walt was long dead.  Don't blame him, blame Eisner.  The classic Disney animation is great (and don't forget, it is what inspired Japanese anime).

No, I like Epcot too.  Granted, I've only been there once, and that was ages ago, but I thought it was great.

Great stuff. It's a good thing you didn't draw nipples, because Marc would have had a fit.  :p

I've never been a big fan of Disney's animated films, but I like alot of their live action stuff (The most notable one from the last 15 years being Pirates Of The Caribbean).

Disney did some good stuff, but I just don't like Walt and the company it self clashes with my Communist/Socialist mentality.

Mmm...nippleness goodness. Very good stuff, EL!

Nurdy and me discussed a new request, and here it is: Both of us under fire in an urban setting, Nurdy giving me cover fire and me running across the street with bullets thipping all around me...Yeah. The uniform? Nurdy says either russkies or the germanos. Your pick.
He mentioned the brits too, but that lessens the dramaticness of it, no? Just kidding, tommies!

Hey, I mentioned BatB and I was a fool not to mention Lion King OR either Fantasia.. If I haven't mentioned a movie, just assume I liked it. I love nearly all of the Disney animations[very few of the live actions though]..

So, Buttercup Festival is a comic about Death, really a meek and hapless fellow. Cleverly written and veering from stick-figures to gorgeous landscape art in moments, this comic will make you laugh out loud at least once, I guarantee. Here's a sample. http://www.buttercupfestival.com/12vol5.htm

I like The Lion King.  I think it's the best retelling of the myth of Horus since HamletBeauty and the Beast is pretty good, too.  I mean, how can you not like a movie that stars Jerry Orbach as a singing candlestick?

In terms of animation though, modern animated Disney films just can't compare to classics like Fantasia and Alice in Wonderland.

I was talking about the quality of the animation, Nurdy, not the story.

Anyway, Disney's Alice is a lot more faithful to the original story than some of the later Disney adaptations.

Ooh, Arthas is neat looking! I'll give it a shot.
David, you're the first person I've ever heard say that about the Lion King! I'm impressed. That's very sophisticated, I must say. [Honestly, my favorite parts involved Nathan Lane and grass skirts. o.o]
Anyway, with Alice, I can forgive book-to-movie discrepancies because the Caterpillar pwnsj00. Even more inaccurate is Miyuki-chan in Wonderland, and yet, it's my favorite adaptation. Guess why! Heehee..

Yeah, that's my favorite part, too.   :D  I think that it's possible to appreciate the film on a sophisticated level and still enjoy the silly bits, though.

Pixar movies are rox0r, but don't think for one moment that they're Disney movies. Two completely different animals, and Pixar is at the moment the healthier beast. I like both equally, though.

Accept it!  :D
Hey so.. I borrowed a DVD from Volume 3, so here're a few more cards..
God I've been wanting to draw this for so long! You gotta love the Amazons. They have nice bottoms. I mean, what?

Oh, Angeline! <3!

Kinda creepy, actually..

I wanted this to look stark and dignified in black and white, but with a little bit of color to stand out.. Turned out kinda boring, though.. Oh well.
