You have to upload your pic to a host server, which you would have to join. Don't try Geocities, though. They don't allow pics to show on non-Geocity related sites.

Tripod isn't keen on hot-linking either, I had a sigpic there when I was at another board, not long afterwards it stopped showing

hmm, does geocities or tripod allow cgi ?
if so, you can trick them
write a simple cgi named showpic.cgi that does nothing but

Well I went and looked at them the hard way (right clicked the red X, selected properties and copied the address to the address bar). Your pictures were worth the effort, they looked good

I can draw them....crudely. A childs' uneven scrawl. I'm better with a zerox from the model pack, back-lit from under the paper I'm drawing on. That's the 'quick proportions' method. To draw them from 'just looking at the model pack' is still very labor-intensive for me. Forget about me 'drawing them from memory'.   
But I'm at home now, pounding down some Coronas, & you want me to......(dare I say it?).......work?! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!
