Stupid Question

Hi!

Please can you tell me how to do scan art...

Do you take frame grabs and then alter them in Photoshop or something? Do you know where can I find a tutorial?

Thanks for the reply! I've had a go at a disembodied Bender using Corel PhotoPaint 8. Don't laugh! It's my first attempt...

As for the pic, thats pretty awsome for a first go. I have nore major gripes about it at all.

As for the linking of the pictures, if you rename the .jpg files as .txt you can link them no sweat.

Your pic is awesome, may I ask the unanswerable question:

How do you get the lines to be so smooth? (Don't worry if you can't answer, neither can any other scanartist here, apparently.)

Correct me if i am wrong Richard but....

AF i think its using vector shapes. Flash and Illistrator use them. Thats why some lines so smooth.

Anyway PS can do the same thing.

But of course i could be wrong....

Yeah, i learned to do scans here myself.

As for your scans, i'm behind a bloody firewall so i can't see the bastards... I'll be sure to check them out tonight though.

Good picture technically speaking only you really need to make the eyepiece same colour as the res of the head I reckon.
