Hey Cheeez, just heard the new version. I really liked it except the guitar sounded a bit gravely. I like how when the bells start ringing they get a little quiet. I'd really like to hear a hip hop version when you can work on it(no rush).

No. Why?

1: The File would Be Huge
2: I cant be bothered to edit it
3: It's just wrong. It's the main feature of the episode for christs sake :P.

Cheeez I would like to hear the second remix with less reverberation on the guitar. And more of a plucked feel to it... It feels really hard on the ears.  Other than that, it seems to harmonize as well as the other one.  I can't really make heads or tails of it.

I think with that modification, I would like the guitar over the alien sound in the first mix.  (I really like the alien sound for the part that you made up though over the bells, it gives it a creepy X files feel}

good work, Cheeez. I love the guitars, even though they were a little scrappy and loud (even though loud is good!) they were awesome.  the bells were a nice tone, and i like how you put the original theme in there. good job.

Again great work cheeez, i could nitpick like i always do but its very late so i won't    :)
But it was again well made and sounded great look forward to seeing more stuff from you cheeez    :D

BTW : For anyone who's interested i *might* be recording my band's take on the theme sometime soon. If that doesnt happen i *might* do the whole thing myself (Although i'm an appauling guitar player) depends on interest levels and what else i do for the next few months... i've got exams and stuff... We'll see what happens

EDIT : Hey i filled the ID tags too!

Well, what IS your genre alley?  ;)

Not sure weather i'll remix the opening theme again, it's getting a bit repetitive, but we'll see.

I've started to 'remix' Fry's segment of the opera in the last ep, we'll see how it comes out  :)

My "genre alley" would be fast/heavy rock, mainly but just about any kind of rock would be... Now yes, you did make two rock versions (And they were both good, dont get me wrong) but these aren't my style of music... I am in a dying world... i like real music... i just can't stand people who achieve fame by slapping a drum track down and talking a pile of shit for 3 minutes, and these days thats all you hear on radio/tv, and the really sad thing is, people like it. It no longer requires talent to make it in the music industry, in fact you dont even have to know what music is, if someone thinks they can make some money out of you, they will do whatever it takes to do so, even if you're a stuck up wanker who can't sing or make music (Nelly, Missy elliot, 50 cent, the list goes on) So in short i like your tracks because they are original, sound good, required talent to make, and you're not just in it for money like 97% of the music industry these days, even though it isnt my preferred genre.

[Hermes]Take a rage dump mon![/hermes]

Yeah OK im finished, i'll stop now and put my flame-proof shield up.

Don't Worry, it's healthy to have a rant every now and then :P.

And I totally agree with you, most music these days sucks, and all of the good stuff gets instantly dismissed.

That's probably why I havn't bought an album in a good 2 years. Not because I download it all, it's just popular music today is really crap...

In a Moderately Unrelated Matter, i'm remixing the theme AGAIN  :D. Not quite sure what genre this one falls into, but its more like the original mix than the others.

*Peeks around side of flame-proof shield*
Yeah, i've gone from buying a CD once or twice a week, to buying one every 1 or 2 months, and i find myself buying singles a lot more often as usually they have the only good song on the album *Cough* Linkin park *Cough*. And most of the "good" bands now are still just after money *Cough* Linkin park *Cough* *Cough* Evanescance *cough* which I just cant stand, i just think its really sad...

Ok. Now, I love the tune of that holophoner bitty in the last ep. So, i figured out how to play it, programmed it into the PC and made this:

It's Called 'Holophonor Rooftop Mix' beacuse it's the part Fry wrote on the rooftop. (Thanks FemJesse for the idea)

 http://homepage.ntlworld.com/cdppress/holophonor_mix.mp3

Personally, I love it. Nice and relaxing.

NOTE to sheep555: I didn't steal your idea to make a mix of this, i've been working on it on and off for about a week now.

As usual i'll edit what i think of it here in about 7 mins
EDIT : Yep, another great piece of work cheeez. By quality, this rivals the others, as for my enjoyment of it i think i liked the themes slightly better.
But its still great work, so keep it up!
