Time for another wallpaper. This one is from "A Pharaoh to Remember" and Leela seems less than thrilled about the newly chosen leader: Larger sizes available: 800x6001024x7681280x9601600x1200

The otters are definetely cute, and it's a great WP. I wonder if it was deliberate choice on the animators to have Leela stand in profile? Note how she never change position, even though Fry stands behind her. Not that I'm complaining. Great clean scan, BTW. Great sky, the clouds are a bit artificial though (the sharp line between the colors).

Thanks Those otters took quite an amount of work to do. Originally posted by Teral: Great clean scan, BTW. Great sky, the clouds are a bit artificial though (the sharp line between the colors). You're right, I should have used a softer brush. Oh, well...how's this for a stopgap solution: Also, I have another scan of Amy and Leela from "Amazon Women in the Moon", looking wonderfully smug:

[Helmut Spargle]It is ... acceptable.[/HS] Definetely looks better. I had the same problems when I made one of Leela from "A Leela Of Her Own". Used the smudging tool to smudge/blend all lines one by one.

Thanks for the kind words everybody. Here's a little scan of Leela to keep you going till I get around to making another wallpaper: Enjoy! Originally posted by Teral: I had the same problems when I made one of Leela from "A Leela Of Her Own". Used the smudging tool to smudge/blend all lines one by one. Too much work. I felt lazy, so I just applied a Gaussian Blur (20 pixel radius, to be precise) on the cloud layer. I also experimented with keeping the edge of the cloud sharp while softening the colour transitions within the cloud, but that just looked plain wierd.

Yeah, I didn't scan the atom above the tiara. I think I'll scan it from a higher quality source and then add it later. Originally posted by Shadowstar: Oooh, nice. I'd use the first one for an avator. In fact, I will! And now you can! Bender-Primative_Merc

Great scans, Mercapto. I especially like the one with Leela in her evening gown. It's really nice that you made that scan of Leela eating. When I saw that scene, I seriously thought "Whoa! I really, really hope that Mercapto makes a scan of that!" Leela looks awesome! (It's nice to know that I am not the only one who eats like that) Classic!

Yeah, that scene was brilliant. Fry completely in love, and then Leela eating buggalo like a slop. Great scan, btw.
